¡Ya salieron los nominados a los Premios Tony de este año y sí son los musicales adaptados de Bob Esponja, la caricatura, y Mean Girls, la película, los que más candidaturas recibieron!

El momento que teatreros y musicaleros por igual llevan esperando todo el año, por fin está aquí. El anuncio de los nominados a los Premios Tony se dio hoy por la mañana y la gran sorpresa es que tanto SpongeBob The Musical como Mean Girls The Musical quedaron a la cabeza con 12 nominaciones cada una, seguidos por The Band’s Visit con 11 y Frozen -curiosamente- con tal sólo tres.

En categorías de obras de texto y revivals es un tri-mpate (¿eso existe?) entre Angels in America, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child y Carousel todas con 11 nominaciones, y tantito por debajo My Fair Lady con 10.
